Payments

www.artinadiary.com offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that Artinadiary's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

 

You may use Internet Banking, Debit/Credit cards to make your purchase. www.artinadiary.com also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

  • Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on www.artinadiary.com?

 

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on www.artinadiary.com. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Delivery charges & handling fees may be extra depending on the product and shipping policy. Please check individual products for the same.

​

Additional shipping charges will be levied on large volume orders.

  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

 

www.artinadiary.com currently offers C-O-D (cash on delivery) facility only in Mumbai Region. You may choose any one of the pre-paid payment options available on our website to make payments.

  • How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

 

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.

Credit cards

We accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

 

Debit cards

We accept payments made using Rupay, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Your online transaction on Artinadiary is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. Artinadiary uses advanced encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.

All credit card and debit card payments on Artinadiary are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • What are the delivery charges?

 

Delivery charges vary based on order value and location & differs from product to product basis.

There may be a delay in shipping certain products depending on availability and time taken to import the products. In such cases, Artinadiary would not be liable for any delays in delivery of such orders.

 

Saturdays, Sundays, Government Holidays and unforeseen holidays such as "Bharat Bandh" and similar such days are NOT included as business days.

 

It is possible that the courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Saturdays, Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

 

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

 

Business days exclude public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

 

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

 

1. Product's availability.

2. The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location 
    of the Seller.

  • Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold on Artinadiary?

 

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Artinadiary. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

 

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Artinadiary's shipping policy.

 

  • Why does the estimated delivery time vary?

 

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the delivery, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.

 

  • Does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

 

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:

1. Whether Arinadiary ships to your location.

2. Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your 
    location.

3. The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.

​

At times Artinadiary may prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at our discretion.

 

  • I need to return an item, how do I arrange for the same?

 

Returns are subject to evaluation of the situation and the product. Artinadiary does not accept any returns once a product is sold or a service is rendered complete. Contact Us for more information.

'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'

Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 7 to 10 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale. In such cases, you may choose to write to us regarding your requirement and we shall notify you once the item is back in stock.

 

'Back In Stock Soon'

The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller.

'Temporarily Unavailable'

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.

​

'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

​

  • Does Artinadiary deliver internationally?

 

As of now, Artinadiary doesn't deliver items internationally.

 

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in India with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchange Policy

​

Artinadiary has a strict NO CANCELLATION, NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGE policy on all its products & services.

​

1. All products procured by Artinadiary are 100% original.

2. All products sold on www.artinadiary.com are 100% authentic.

3. All products undergo an extensive quality check upon procurement.

 

For the aforementioned reasons, Artinadiary currently does not offer any cancellations, returns or exchanges on its products.

​

However, in the unlikely event that a product received by you is damaged or faulty, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Contact Artinadiary immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the 
    order) and explain the issue with the product.

2. Share pictures along with details of the damage or fault with the 
    product via email. (Artinadiary does not accept images shared with our 
    executives on messaging platforms or other forms of social media).

3. Any complaints/issues raised after a time of 24 hours from delivery (or) 
    receipt of your order will not be considered for returns or exchange.
